At PakSound, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below to understand your options, timelines, and conditions.
7-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and not damaged or altered in any way
- The item is in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, and warranty cards
- You have proof of purchase, such as your order number, invoice, or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair
- Free promotional items or gifts included with an order
- Any item explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email, phone, or WhatsApp (add your contact details here), quoting your order number.
- Share details of the issue — whether it's a change of mind, a defect, or the wrong item received — along with photos if the product is damaged or faulty.
- Get return approval. Once we review your request, we'll confirm whether the item qualifies for return and provide instructions on how to send it back.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. (Specify here whether PakSound arranges pickup or the customer is responsible for return shipping.)
- Inspection. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or as store credit / bank transfer where applicable. (Update based on your actual refund methods — e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, COD refund process.)
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by PakSound.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange an item if it's defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. To arrange an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a description (and photos, if applicable) of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly
- Include clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging
- We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you, once verified
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary
- If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us directly and we'll look into it
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, our standard 7-day return policy applies instead.
